I often wonder about that apparent paradox - stock down, MF positive. I think it may reflect a situation where the drop is short and swift, taking place over relatively few trades, after which the stock churns with a slightly positive bent. I find MF useful as an aid to the decision making - it helped me make a bit of money today in SFE and CIEN (yeah, CIEN, I'm like the drunk who keeps on getting thrown out of the same bar nite after nite and keeps on coming back.) Sue, did you KOOP out?
