These are the questions I faxed to the company today:

1. Someone dumped more than 250,000 shares today and knocked the bid down to $.13. Was this done by one of the insiders? If not, do you know who and why?
2. Why Genesis has been so quiet? Why isn't the Company communicating with the shareholders?
3. What has happened to the proposed merger with World Film Marketing?
4. What has happened to the web site expected in May?
5. When are you planning to release audited financial statements for 1998?
6. When are you planning to release audited financial statements for first quarter 1999?
7. What is the name of the auditing firm?
8. Could you please provide a current list of Directors and Officers?
9. When is the GNNX shareholder meeting going to take place?

Do you see any hope for this stock or will go down to .001?

I just have 5000 shares only because I can not sell them >.21, the price I bought at. At these prices I might as well hold even if it goes to zilch.

I called Genesis today to find out about gnnx.com puzzle. Guess what, Carl Conte is still in New York. He might as well relocate there. In your post you wrote:
