Give me a break. That's an unfounded rumor from the trailer trash Yahoo thread. Can you imagine a CEO of a billion dollar company putting out a memo to all employees stating that there is no buyout BEFORE there was any formal announcement by management confirming the possibility of a buyout? Companies don't operate that way. And if it were true, CUBE would be taking off right now because that would mean THE bellweather semiconductor company thinks CUBE is worth $48 (just for the record, CUBE is worth more than $48).
