Well...atleast you can still trade at or above the price during the pause.

Actually, I don't agree with the Circuit Breaker.

All it does is give the pit trader a bigger edge, as s/he has a few minutes to reflect. If the market is crashing does your dentist get a five, ten minute break to reflect while giving you that root canal?

I don't think it favors the small investor at all, to be honest.
