Robert, you are really an idealistic man, it seems you assume the Russian leaders should rather steal money from YOUR state's government than from the treasury of their own state. May be you have seen on TV that the Russian population is poorer than the US population on average? But the mobster's of Russia aren't poorer than those of the US. And for politicians? I assume that the unbalancedness in income between a honest politician and a mobster is much bigger in Russia than in Wash., D.C. In former times it wasn't so ... MNI
