ive just finished my DD on different level 2 brokers and it seems to me that MB has come out on top so far. No extra charges for partial fills,no pass through fees on ecns or arca, free data feed after 50+ tickets. The only extra fee is 95 dollars for dj newswire or 75 for news watch. 50 plus ticket will reduce your commision rates for 22 to 20 dollars a trade. the other cheaper commision services have so many hidden charges its rediculous. For example jpr charges 10 dollars plus a penny a share for arca plus any pass through fees you might incure.
