What is all the brouhaha? This is a yo-yo market. Look at AOL. Up, down,up,down. If the price goes down, some of you freak like there is no tomorrow. Get a grip. Down is not the only direction for this stock or any other. Nancy

Skip, I HAVE been in Dave's position, and I never promised anyone anything.

He "guaranteed" me that news would be out "ealy [this] week" and that is would "make NPEC shareholders very happy."

If it is not in his control, then he shouldn't say these things.
