Looking for a Kosovo children link. Their are 3 threads i predomitly follow and think it was here, seem to have lost my bookmark - It had a haunting picture of a wide eyed child looking thru a barbwire fence anyone have the link or other links,cant get it out of my mind and now that war is over many will probably forget the children and refuges .
