I work in technology and I've got to tell you, the lock-down is not so -- my company's systems sell for $$$$$$, and there are many proposals and contracts being signed now. It's the deployment of systems that will be delayed. But spending continues. Now, as to the front-loading, we are about to find out to what extent this is true: (we know that ysk has accelerated spending, but don't know yet how much of that will be taken out of the hide of future spending). BTW, I have positions in both oil and techs and think selective picking is the best policy.
