Wexler has no knowledge of the relative bearing of the RAL announcement (of the Eveready spinoff) to Valence shareholders. It is FALSE to say it has NO bearing to Valence shareholders.

The prior and ongoing relationship between Eveready and Valence is documented and verifiable. Its nature was previously one of cross-licensing of technology, and recently on testing of Valence's product by the Energizer Power Systems division of Eveready.

A recent phone call to the VP of New Product Development at EPS in New Jersey verified that the lithium-polymer battery addressed in the February news release from EPS was Valence's. This VP indicated that EPS was pursuing repackaging of Valence product for OEMs, but that the then-planned selling of the EPS division by Eveready might affect the timing of such events.

What is interesting about the outright spinoff of Eveready itself from RAL is that Eveready will likely revisit the decision to spin off EPS, and this may put the EPS-Valence relationship back on track.

This is all verifiable fact.

Wexler only posts his libelous and false claims in hopes of inducing selling by uninformed investors, and thereby covering his short position at shareprices lower than current. Faint hope, there.
