If NATO had not interceeded in Kosovo, there would have been total genocide against the Kosovo Albanians. NATO prevented this from happening. Slob Milosevic and Dog Face, his wife, did not want to piss off the world too much, but they also expected NATO to back down and go away. They were wrong.
