Investor,
You probably bought a set of the 1, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/10 oz gold eagles.
1986 was the first year and none are really rare or scarce or collectors items.
You can figure you have 1.85 troy oz of gold worth about $260 per oz.
Retail replacement on the set is aprox 115% of melt value.
