Yes that's true and I agree that the SEC should do that with all posters. It doesn't matter if you have a webpage or not. I don't have one but I always disclose my position. That is expected of all posters on SI. Some have had to learn the hard way what the rules really are.

I don't think Ed has been posting false NR's or at least I have not seen him do it and he hasn't hyped or spammed a stock in .......wellll.....over a week now(just kidding).I have conversed with Ed for some time now and although my bookmarked people are few Ed is one and I watch EVERYTHING he does>I can assure you Estelle he has nothing to worry about.
