This is the same pattern of trading that happened Three Weeks ago when it was walked down to the $3.50 level and bounced up nicly. RBC has been heavy on the Buy side for the last two Months. I spoke with a DS broker today and in his words, "A Major Syndicate out of Lichenstein has been accumulating the stock". Seeing CC on the buy side close to D-Day is very welcoming news.
