You get investigated when you lie or are thought to have lied.. it's that simple. FULL disclosure that is found to be truthful will never get you convicted by ANY court. It's very very simple. Any poster can be investigated for that. An investigation does not mean guilt. You would be surprised how many very reputable posters have been investigated and found innocent of any wrongdoing. Anyone who does not post completely truthfully as if he were confessing to God will get their butts kicked by the regulators as they should. Also when a person buys a stock THEY are completely responsible for their actions. It is THEIR responsibility to do the complete DD. No adult has the right to behave like a child when they lose because of their incompetence. Ed is just a guy not a movie star. He doesn't have much influence. I don't look at his posts and say hey I should buy that... that would be stupid. Actually lots of times I look at his posts and say what the hell is wrong with him? <ggg> Lola:)
