If they are smart they'll wait on the selling until it's back over $1; that way the company can maintain it's listing....

Watching the tape, I thought some floorless convertible issues were involved with KNIC's trading activities -- looks like that is the case. SSMK does look good; I hear some mms are out to bust ALEX, who spares no efforts looking for trouble everywhere. Well, in the bb arena, ALEX doesn't have to go far to find it.

KNIC Is it possible that debenture holders had shorted for cash and suddenly had to cover because of the impending PR? 2 prior sessions had similar action to today. Everyone I know (all 4 of them) that bought today had their trades broken up. avg trade size was just over 3k. Something funky about that. But is it good or bad? Guess we find out tomorrow. Mark
