Don: ....AND at lower cost! Companies that can deliver the same product cheaper are companies that survive and thrive.. in any economic cycle.
In a market correction, in an economic recession, even in a depression there are companies that buck the trend and find ways to make money.

To paraphrase advertising guru David Ogilvy:
"In good times you should advertise, in bad times you must advertise."
The same rule applies to the broader World of communications. Companies can't abandon their proven methods of doing business. Attempting to reduce communications expenses often produces an equal reduction in corporate revenue. Hence, there is no Market condition that doesn't favor the communications supplier who can do it faster, better & cheaper.

FNTN has positioned itself as a company that can deliver more services, at the highest quality and at considerably lower cost than the competition. They didn't have to invent, or reinvent the wheel - Like BASF says about themselves, they simply "make it better."

That's what I look for in my suppliers. I dumped two major suppliers this week - one just 5 minutes ago, because other companies were cheaper AND BETTER - not to mention more pleasant.
Sounds a little like those guys in Ardsley, NY.
