Yep It was good to see the ask move up. It will be interesting to see the details of the offer. I would certainly prefer a few extra shares if it means getting rid of all the debt and interest payments

It also means the creditors involved believe highly that DMEC shares will be worth a good bit down the road.

Why would they take shares instead of cash, if they weren't pretty damned sure Diamond is a viable entity with an excellent future.

Sorry...I see now after reading all the posts that this point was brought up by several people already...
