I wish he would. Seems to me its time the constitutionality & relevance of the Anti-trust acts were brought into question.

I don't believe MSFT has the same type of "Monopoly" that Standard Oil Company did.. in fact, there ARE other operating systems besides Windows available should anyone WISH to buy them, no one is denying the consumer the ability to choose between platforms.. I dare the government to prove their case that Microsoft is even a "Monopoly" under the strict interpretation on the original intent of the Sherman Anti-Trust legislation...

In the meantime, as a taxpayer, I strongly object to the waste of my tax dollars for nefarious legal battles such as this that do no good for the nation but rather serve to damage US Business interests, the national economy and waste our valuable resources.
