Sometimes it sounds as if some would have been been happier if we brought in the 21st century with a second Holocaust. People my age remember the hue and cry, all through school, Never Again. America finally did something right. We put our money where our mouth has been for the past 50 years. As I mentioned to William, the money we would have saved, would probably have gone for even more Gulfstream Jets for the brass. The Brits and the Americans took huge chances and expenditure to Do the Right Thing. Admittedly, the execution of this endeavor left much to be desired, i.e. many civilians killed and the Chinese Embassy was pathetic. None the less, I am proud of us. Our predominately Christian country came to the aid of devastated Muslims. I will gladly reach into my pocket for that. The last 2 World Wars began in the Balkans. Perhaps, just perhaps, we avoided the third. Fred
