Well, if Microsoft lost the case because of the "Potential of harm", then we can sue every manufacturer. The car had a potential kill us on the high way, so we can sue FORD, GM ...etc. The Plan may crash , so we can sue BA. The computers may crash
in the middle of operation, so we can sue IBM, DELL, CPQ, SUNW. There is a potential that INTEL may have bigs in their CPUs, which will cause damage, so we can sue Intel. ....etc. All, in all, if the government gets its way, then we can sue everybody !!!!!! Because every product has a potential to hurt the consumer.
