kevin, tuts, looks like float is closer to 14m 2.9m at offering, including overallotment 11.0m post offering but in a quick scan of the 'principal' shareholders, they account for about 1/3 post offering or close to 4m that leaves about 7m, which i am sure some is restricted so float size may be close to double your assumption this is imho, and based on tutsys.com go to IR and at the suggestion of IR department who emailed me not sure if it helps ynot :)
