Much better, as I had the court send me a copy of those documents. That's the reason for my comment about fcm's 10Q filing being technically incorrect if the lawsuit mentioned in that filing is against James L. Magruder. If the lawsuit referenced in the 10Q is against Magruder, franklin's injunctive relief filing directly contradicts the information released in the 10Q.

However, that is the tip of the iceberg, hence my other comment, "In either case, you should definitely be made aware of the contents within that lawsuit."

It is my opinion, that information of the scope and relevance contained in that fcm's ( fnet )litigation, should have been made available to shareholders immediately. This is a public company, is it not ? Shareholders put up their money for the right to be made aware of both good and bad information that could substantially impact the company and their investment. I strongly suggest again, that if you are going to attend the SHM, a copy of that litigation be made available to you. It is a public document.
