Regarding the market mergers...
What effect do you think this will have on CDN OTC stocks? The word is that the VSE,ASE and CDN OTC will be rolled into one exchange probably in Calgary. I see this as being a great opportunity both on the long and short side for OTC stocks; the few legit companies will get a lot more respect and coverage while the rest will not be able to hide as easily. I was thinking of doing DD on all of the OTC stocks and coming up with two different lists before the changes are made. What do you think?

OT - sorry for startin early - amalgamation will have lots of plusses - one price for market depth - one price for realtime exchange instead of ME + VSE + ASE + CDN individual pricing- yuck.
I also suspect that the the VSE rules will be the rule of the day - much tighter than all the other exchanges and much better than the BB - despite the fact that the vse is a "P+D" exchange. Whatever - Estelle - if that's so - then get to know the ones that play this way and go for the ride or stay away and get the banks - not too much P+D there. Besides - this forum is for MOMO - which fits nicely into a P+D scenario!
