Maybe I am missing something but you can buy UTI for less than 13.00! All you need to do is buy nort @3.25 and when the buyout is completed you will get 1 share of uti for every 3.8 shares of nort you own. Do the math and tell me where I am wrong. Ernie

I agree.. UTI is probably the one stock in my portfolio that i worry the least about. i know it will be up as time goes by. I bought some early at 14 then added at 7 7/8 and the last batch was at 5 7/8.. looking back ,, why the hell did I not load up at 5 7/8??
how smart does one have to be to see that bargain .. Not very ;-(
