MST is wrong? He (and I for that matter) are long from below 3 dollars, and the stock flew to 18 faster than anyone expected. How come you were the one short a stock that blew up in your face 10 points, since , of course, you are so right ? You don't have any credibility, and your inability to speak English combined with your poor attitude and needless disparaging remarks just makes you look sophomoric and inept. Give it a rest. We are laughing at you so hard it is starting to hurt. Please stop, before I bust a gut...............;^)

Where do you make this stuff up - here - let me help you: Anybody who files a 144 must file a form 4 within simultaneous with or within 30 days after trading. If you link to the Form 4's, you will see that Blohm and Eprile have filed them (Eprile for 300,000 last time I looked, maybe all by now). Where are the rest of the form 4's?? Please help me if you think I am wrong - point me to the provision of the 1933 Act or regs which say that certain parties filing 144's are exempted from the obligation to file Form 4's.

And tell me one last thing - on the PIPE's you have invested in, were you truly an insider? Do you feel you knew as much as the Board and the Officers? Stretch yourself and be honest about it.
