Ram, hate to burst your bubble, but BV is worthless in evaluating a tech company, especially this one. The only thing that matters from a balance sheet point of view is do they have enough cash to support their growth and burn rate.

The real driver of the stock price is sales and profit growth. Don't get me wrong, as my latest posts indicate, I like this stock. However, I don't expect significant price appreciation over night and neither should you. IMO, given what we know about the company at this time, I don't think paying more than high 1's is prudent speculation. Now if we get some really good news from Q2, paying over 2 may make sense. So if you choose to chase the stock too high you may just be buying my shares.

Ram, I can independently verify that Steve has an outstanding sense of market timing in individual stocks, relative to both fundamentals and technical trading patterns. I would not want to be on the other side of a trade with him.

That said, it does look to me like we are seeing a major breakout from a year long wedge-shape bottoming formation.

Even if we had closed at $2, then $3 is still a hefty %50 gain from that point.

And if we don't hit $4, by the end of the year, do you promise not to predict anymore?
