wow what a fit, here is another article, more indepth biz.yahoo.com The circle of champions becomes tighter and smaller.....wonder who PSIX will partner up with. I think it is inevitable now. Psinet has manuevered itself into a fabulous position. They don't need a partner right now, they have secured enough financing to continue to meet their goals, and still grow at an accelerated level. So basically their asking price can be whatever they want. But with so much continued shake up and consolidation of big game players, it will probably make sense somewhere down the line to align themselves with a much larger player, with whom they can form a symbiotic relationship. Either way PSIX is in a good spot. That is assuming that the broader markets don't fall 20-30% like some analysts are projecting. regards, cg
