Mike - sounds as if you like to play the market maker game of P&D. Let's face it, the MMs thought that TCT would come back on the market to finance the bond issue. Then they would get to play the market for suckers again. However, is looks as though TCT will be able to survive without going back to that well again. That supports the original shareholders by limiting the number of outstanding shares. You are right though. TCT is now being punished albeit I believe only in the short term.
