SFE announced this type of plan months ago. They had been doing rights offerings, but in order to attract institutions, they now thing Directed Share deals are the way to go. DW is following Musser's lead here. As a matter of fact, their first directed share IPO is with Internet Capital Group, scheduled for sometime next month.
