<a reverse split has to have a shareholder approval vote> Come on Ga, when was the last time you got to vote on a reverse when something was rolled into an empty shell???? If O'Shea says a reverse is possible, it is possible, it all depends on the deal. And it can just happen, bamm, with the only notice being up on the OTC:BB site as r/s n/c and a date! Not saying that is a bad thing, often it is a very good thing, just that it is possible, and not at all unusual.
