Well, Stephen, just as a side bar, 16 months ago, the "wall of worry" was that investment capital for Silicon Valley had dried up. Couldn't find an equity partner if you were willing to give your business to them. Hmmmmmmm. Things sure are different these days, aren't they? CMGI is prudent and its management, sensible but not risk averse. And they're in it for the long term. IMO, they don't care 1/3 of a horse's ass where the company trades today. Because they believe the company's market value will be roughly equivalent to "a new internet currency" (aka CMGI's market valuation) in 3 - 5 years. And they want to be owners. And I do too. And it's OK if you don't agree. That's the bet. Mark
