sorry...here was what I saw...

Intermagnetics' Magnet Business Group, located in Latham, New York, will ramp up production later this year in
preparation for an estimated 50 percent increase in MRI magnet shipments by early 2000. Demand for
superconducting wire from Intermagnetics' Advanced Superconductors division, located in Waterbury, Conn., is
expected to increase by a similar amount by mid 2001.

"Consolidating the manufacturing operations of the facilities in France and the U.S. into a single operation in Latham
should improve our efficiencies and boost operating margins. This action should maximize the value from our
recently negotiated contract with Philips Medical Systems resulting in better returns," stated Glenn H. Epstein,
Intermagnetics' chief executive officer.
