I think it is clear that DMEC went to these creditors with more than a business plan. It means that the creditors have seen distribution agreements, strategic alliances, etc. Deals that have already been done.. not some pie in the sky forecast. Enough to convince bankers that they wanted an equity position in DMEC. Now with a succession of news we will nail the MM's while all those waiting to get in cheaper scurry to just get on board.
