I agree that SNDV did not get involved for just a few points, as you said. Note that at today's close they are probably up little more than a point over average cost, and would make next to nothing if they suddenly were to sell.

My hunch is that Hawaii is just the tip of the iceberg and that, plus some reco from them, is expected to lead to a price comfortably above $10. I can't think of anything short of that to justify their action.
