I think if you can show a sellthrough,, then you should be owed a fill.. Or if it shows offered at that price for a reasonable length of time after your entry, then you can and should be able to demand a fill. You don't know where your order layed around.. I think most brokers will capitulate to the little guy if he has a legit gripe, and pursues it...

Brokers have "Error Accounts".....That's where the loss is put if they have to take it...
