Looks like institutions are loading up today. I just looked at the activity and there are many 5K, 10K, and 19K share blocks, most of which were executed on the ask. As I said before, there wasn't enough to go around at the IPO, and this may be their last chance to load up at a good price. BWEB now up 1 1/2 on good volume.
