Hi BB Bob,

I sincerely hope that Medinah's attorney takes action along with the SEC. A class action would take a long time.

The broker(s) that allowed an investor(s) to go short will also have to answer to the SEC (I would assume). The SEC with pressure from the company's attorney could get things done a lot faster but if all else fails, a class action would be a good last resort.
