Larry - if true, thanks for the clarification. And, if true, it illustrates that all those who have not filed Form 4's are either not true insiders, or haven't sold if they are. But thanks.

Larry, I did not look at the various filing, but I presume a form S8 was filed to register some of the stock, if that form was filed, then the shares covered by this filing need not be reported again in form 4 by insiders. At least that is what I have to conclude in another situation where millions of shares were sold by the CEO without ever filing form 4, just filing the registration of the new shares.

As for ASTN, I took a loss when it broke $14 last week (actually, got out at 13.25, it was going down too fast), I was contemplating reentering here at around $10, but if it breaks $10, it could go much lower, so, I'll step aside and watch the battle between the bulls and the bears while nursing my bruised ego from that loss (VBG).
