UPDATE: Lehmans in UK is handling the XSNI matters; anything pertaining to the actual day to day details - like where they are in the IPO filing process; where they are in addressing the NASD issue is tantamount to insider trading; The Lehmans UK Syndicate Desk and the banker did acknowledge that Mr. Manning is Xstream; that XSNI is trading on the OTCBB and it does indicate that XSNI is xstream; that no filings are made to date with the SEC - the broker/barrister can't divulge any insider information nor verify any "rumours" or other information. So, we just have to keep an eye on the www.ipo.com site and see when that filing WILL occur; sometime after the end of this month seems to be a good guestimate for me. I made an attempt to get Mr. Manning for the second time - I doubt he will be taking calls directly to answer questions from investors - he is not familiar with the SEC regs on divulging any information and has been reluctant to say anything. Once XSNI gets their ducks in a row with regard to what can be said prior to filings, who can say things regarding affairs, etc, to remain within the framework of the SEC rules and regs. they are better off saying nothing. So I did not get to ask my financial questions regarding ad revenues, customer base, etc. I will say however, that the "bells and whistles" offered the users are great and once you get your own website - you can utilize the other features just like netscape navigator or any other service provider - and this is all free - and if you can connect on any server in the world - you just key in your access code and you can go anywhere and pick up emails, surf, etc. without being limited to having a unique server provider for each account you have to access from. Like, if I use internet america - I can only access from a local provider AND I am limited to my email access unless I go through manipulations galore and this costs me 22 bucks a month; although at this time, no matter where I go it will cost me something to "hook" up I can access my own "navigator" and get instant access to my account(s). Lets just say that the potential of xstream's services haven't been fully tapped YET. And there are NO lockups nor service interruptions nor glitches. In my opinion, this is a good company and you are holding a good stock issue; you will just have to be patient. If you want momo rides - hit Bobz.com for your tips of the day. Never bet your mortgage money, food and survival money on anything; then you won't be blubbering gibberish. Like everything, you could win or lose, but you are in possession of a solid company with everything ahead of it, and management that has the vision and hardware. You deal and live, make your decision and get on with it. Hunker down and don't be swayed by little ripples. Monitor the boards for information, someone will be watching, and I'll post what I find out - whatever I find out. I hope we all make money with whatever strategy works for each of us, but do it with facts and don't blame anyone else if we win or lose. It's the GAME.
