I just thought of something that struck me funny. If T/TCI were knocked out of the box in any jurisdiction, ATHM would have to be grandfathered their channel rights and other assigns, just like any other service, since they are, principally speaking, neither TCI nor T. Now, wouldn't that be a rip and a tear at the judge's cloak...
