Not necessarily -- if supply is still greater than demand, then it doesn't imply that a price increase is imminent.

But as we have seen so many times, DRAM "supply and demand", being both reasonably measurable and reasonably slowly-changing, cannot explain the entirely *un*reasonable short-term movements in MU stock.
