I grill all my veggies on the grill..The sizes you cut your vegetables will vary with the Items you are eating..Food must be thought about before cooking..Anyone who likes to eat will understand this..You need a little crunch sometimes so don't overcook everything..After I grill the vegetables it is not over yet..I take them into the saute pan with some fresh tomatoes and herbs and they are born again vegetables...You do this on the "Q"..It is very important how large your grilling surface is..You need room to create...If I can be of any assistance just ask..
