I think many right now pay to receive TV cable that does not have advertising on it.
Huh? You never did answer my PM asking where you live, but in my life I have never seen that.

Even the "premium" channels that you pay extra for in addition to paying for cable service have advertisements. At least every one I have seen does. I was honestly quite surprised about that when cable first came to my area, but then I realized that if "The Disney Channel" got profits from the ads in the end I end up paying less.

Maybe I have too limited a view. Anyone have examples for me?
