Skeeter, In the long run I agree earnings do matter, but MU is not trading on earnings now. It is strictly trading based on future earnings potential. As we all know, DRAM when it's good can be extremely profitable. If DRAM does rebound MU could possibly erase
3 years of problems in rather short order. Just look at the Nov. Qtr. of '95, a profit of 441 million on sales of 1.185 million. I'm not expecting those kind of numbers any time soon, but I think this is a good example of earnings potential this next upturn could bring. As long as this is a remote possibility MU will continue to trade with an upward bias.

Good Luck, Pat
