I'm real tired right now so I am just reposting my Yahoo comments: sure was good to see all of you guys and gals at the Shareholders meeting. There was so much to see that I don't know where to start. great comments from raysig and Microvisionaire33.I would like to add a little to their observations. Last week I had an opportunity to visit Microvision during the institutional investors open house. I spent a lot of time "playing" with the Navy Manwearable display. This system is everything that has been claimed about it! The most amazing thing I noticed about the image was the fact that you do not have to actually focus on it, in the augmented vision mode your eye is free to focus on anything and the image is still clear and sharp. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that the VRD image first appears on the retina and not a HUD like bezel in front of your eye. I stared directly into a fluorescent light and tried to wash the image out, I was unable to! The actual images are crisp, and very sharp. The Navy unit I viewed was red monochrome. I had a interesting talk with Andrew Lee, vice president of marketing about early product streams that this device will generate. I was told that the final production version will be a MEMS based scanner and monochrome, later units will be full color. Early products do not require full color and there is a significant market in the industrial field for a monochrome display. Some of the early products mentioned will be CM (coordinate measuring) devices for factory floors and inspection. There will be a maintenance product that can overlay schematics and also act as a volt/ohmmeter and oscilloscope, this is a natural airline and military maintenance product. This same device will have numerous medical spin-off applications. So for all the shorts and naysayers here is our first product. Projections of these revenues are already public knowledge base on the Reylea analysis. There has been NO deviation from the PLAN that was mentioned at last years meeting. They continue to attract and win major programs from the military and are going to be very successful in leveraging these contracts into commercial products. When one invests in a company, you are also investing in the management and employees. These periodic face to face meetings serve to reaffirm my belief that I have invested in a world class company, developing a world beating technology and being managed by a world class team. Good Job guys, I will be here for the very long haul, this investment is more than a moneymaker, its a wealth builder.
