TRAVEL AGENTS VISITING THE SOLARNET NETWORK
EXCEED 1.2 MILLION HITS

VANCOUVER, CANADA (June 14, 1999) - SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc. announced today that total visits to May
31, 1999 to the SOLARNET Travel Network have exceeded 1.2 million this year. The monthly usage "hits" on SOLARNET
continues to grow at an impressive pace, shrugging off the impact of the global travel market's traditionally slow shoulder
season.
SCS Solars' Chairman Frank Wells commented, "This is indeed a significant achievement and milestone for the company.
Although management is predicting greater growth in the use of the SOLARNET Travel Network over the coming months, we
are pleased to report these impressive statistics. In addition, SCS Solars has out-performed its first quarter targets within the
first two months of second quarter, yet another important growth trend." Mr. Wells added, "It is important to re-emphasize that
every travel agent accessing SOLARNET is simultaneously dealing with a customer who is in the process of making a travel
product buying decision. This impressive user profile makes the network very attractive for travel vendors, and offers
SOLARNET the opportunity in future of carrying additional travel products that will generate new revenue streams during this
live access buying cycle. Clearly the SOLARNET Travel Network is becoming accepted as the travel productivity tool within
the global travel industry because users are coming back again and again."
SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc. through its SOLARNET Travel Network improves the productivity and profitability of
travel vendors and travel retailers worldwide by developing and delivering Internet and Intranet GDS / CRS on-line travel
information. SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc. is a public company, trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange under the
symbol SCS.
