The Company (USABanc.com) has experienced significant growth
in infrastructure since its
inception. In 1995, at the time of the adoption of
the Stock Option Plan, the
Company had only six full-time employees. As
of March 31, 1999, the Company had
in excess of 47 full-time employees and expects
to continue to add employees to
support the Company's growth.
