My ATHM seems to be pretty reliable. In the month or so that I've had the service, I've experienced only one known outage which lasted about an hour. I'm reasonably impressed with the speed, although I usually see only a handful of other people on the network at any one time. TCI is just starting to build it out, so I'm waiting to see how performance degrades when more subscribers join. All in all, I'm satisfied. Today, SI seems very slow -- I assume its their servers.
