Agreed, kinda like the gold stock rush in the spring of 1996, Canadian gold exploration stocks were doubling and tripling in the span of a week. Most junior mining companies never find of any economic value. The world needs gold for electronics, jewelry, we will always need gold, but the Internet is a whole new ball game.

The WWW is still in it's infancy, and I agree, most of these companies are not going to make it. .Com is the in thing right now, but the Internet Industry is going to produce new businesses / jobs / wealth, and these companies have not even thought up yet, so there are lots of opportunities here, those willing to risk the money, may score big time. Guessing who will make it, or what new direction the net will take is anyone's guess.

But the one thing for sure is the Internet will play a role in everyone's life, everyday, whether that person knows it or not.
